Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75!

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier and location.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • PO Boxes (limited - contact us first)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
  • US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. - contact us for rates)
  • International addresses

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information

Track your package anytime using the tracking link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Contact us within 7 days - we'll do our best to help

Delayed Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [business email] with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong Address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we cannot guarantee package recovery. Additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order. Please double-check your address at checkout.


Customs & Duties

Since we only ship within the United States, no customs or international duties apply to your order.


Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days
  • Carrier delivery times may be longer than estimated
  • We'll notify you of any delays via email
