I tried on this blouse at the Zara store and they are literally the same! What changed was the size, I tried on the P and bought the P but it was tight, just right in the chest area. If I buy another color, I'll get the M. I believe the sizes change between these two stores, but apart from that, the model and fabric are the same. I recommend it!
